What Sovrentic is today
Sovrentic is a company in formation. It is not currently an accredited conformity-assessment body, notified body under the EU AI Act, or statutory certification authority.
What Sovrentic is not
- An accredited conformity-assessment body.
- A notified body under the EU AI Act.
- A statutory certification authority.
- A provider of legal, regulatory or audit opinions.
Independence
Sovrentic does not yet operate external independence governance. Where the site refers to independent verification, it describes a design objective for a future verifier, not a present institutional status.
Separation between advisory work and any future assessment activity is one of the structural questions being worked through with design partners.
Accreditation pathway
No accreditation route has been selected. Any route would require confirmation from a qualified accreditation or legal adviser, including its consequences for impartiality and for separation from consulting activity.
